«NORD-SERVICE» announces the appointment of a new CEO

Roman Ruslanovich Toyb has been appointed as the General Director of NORD-SERVICE LLC, bringing over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His professional career spans key positions at companies such as Rosneft, Vietsovpetro, and Well Construction Technologies, ranging from drilling assistant to head of international projects.

Roman Toyb holds a PhD in Technical Sciences; his dissertation research focuses on well cementing technologies, which has led to more than 30 scientific publications and educational materials. He has been twice honored with the title of ‘Engineer of the Year’ and has received awards from the Ministry of Energy of Russia, as well as from PetroVietnam and Vietsovpetro.

In his new role, Roman Toyb will focus on implementing innovative technologies and strengthening NORD-SERVICE’s competitive position in the Russian oilfield services market in the area of well cementing. A priority will be the development of the company’s scientific and technical potential and the advancement of new technologies.
